Sometimes the online system will not let your payment go through so you can't pay for your order. If you are having trouble placing your order try these steps.
1. Verify that your billing zip code is correct This is the most likely cause for why a credit card cannot be processed.
2. Have you placed a large order for 10 or more journals? Sometimes the system has trouble with shipping charges for orders with non-standard weights. If this is the case call us at 844-413-4773 and we can place the order manually.
