We're sorry, sometimes the postal system doesn't treat packages very well! 


Please do not return items damaged during shipment until you speak with us. We want you to have the right journal and will do what we can to make your order right. 


First, please take a picture of the damage to the item. 


Then, submit a support ticket below, attach the picture of the damaged journal and let us know your order number.


We will offer you a discount or a replacement depending on the type and severity of the issue.  


We may send you a postage-paid return label for the damaged item, and we will get a new bucket journal out to you right away.
