If you received a tracking number from us, that means your order has shipped!

Please note that the Postal Carriers are delayed in scanning these orders into their system due to unprecedented issues caused by Covid and staffing shortages.  

Also note that packages shipped on a Friday or a holiday likely won't show acceptance over the weekend. You'll see updates to the tracking as soon as it's scanned in, but please be assured that it has left our warehouse and is on it's way to you. If your order is actually lost in transit, (15 days of no movement) we will of course replace it. 

It is possible, however, that the post office never scans the package and is lost in their facility. If it has been 5 business days and the package is still not accepted, please create a support ticket and we will reach out to our fulfillment center to get more details.
