If you realize that address is wrong right after you place the order:
Submit a support ticket and include the new address. We may be able to catch it in time. You can also call customer service at 844-413-4773 to have us take a look and see if we can make the change before the shipment goes out.
If you realize the address is wrong 12 hours or more after the order:
If you entered the wrong address, the package will likely be returned to us as a "return to sender." Once we receive it back, we will refund you the full amount you paid if you have made a new purchase with the correct address.
Submit a support ticket so we can update your address and redirect the package once it is returned.
If you have not placed a new order, we will treat your returned to sender package as a normal return, which means we will not refund the shipping you originally paid. We may also charge you any other fees the Post Office charges us for the package being returned to sender. We will deduct these from your refund.
You may place a new order with the correct address. If you end up receiving both packages, please write "Return to Sender" on one unopened package and we will refund you when we receive it back.
