It may take several days after we receive your return to check it in and inspect it. Once it is inspected, if it is in new condition, we will process a refund for the full amount of the product price, minus a $5 restocking fee per item. We do not refund the shipping you paid originally to receive the order.
You are also responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you send a package back as a Returned to Sender, and we are charged for the return shipping costs, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.
The refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and you'll receive a refund confirmation email. It may take several days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the method of payment used and your bank's policies.
