If you placed your order within the last few hours:
- we can cancel the order and issue a refund.

If you placed your order yesterday and it has not been fulfilled:
- Time is of the essence! We may be able to catch the order before shipment, but you must call customer service for special handling.
- Please know that we try to get orders immediately into processing and shipped out very quickly, so we may not be able to stop the process.

If the order is already in the mail:
You may refuse the order by writing "Returned to Sender" on the unopened package and mailing it back. However, if you do not place a new order as an exchange, we will treat the returned order like a normal return.
This means we will not refund the original shipping amounts you paid and we will charge a restocking fee. We may also charge you fees the Post Office charges us for return to sender packages. We will deduct these from your refund amount and send you notification.
Everyone makes mistakes. If you accidentally ordered a digital journal instead of a physical journal, please place a new order for the physical journal and contact us with the order number. At that time, we will refund you for the prices of the digital journal.
