You do NOT need to contact us before sending your return if the order is correct and undamaged.  Simply follow the return instructions here.

The item must be in an unused, new condition, exactly as you received it.   

If there is no problem with your order other than you don't want it, after all, you may return any item within 30 days of the date tracking shows you received it. If you want to return an order over 30 days after the date you received it, you must contact customer service for approval. Without this approval will not receive a refund. 

There are no exceptions.

It may take several days after we receive it to check it in and inspect it.  Once it is inspected, if it is in new condition, we will process a refund for the full amount of the product price minus a $5 restocking fee per item.  We do not refund the shipping you paid originally to receive the order.  You are also responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you send a package back as a Returned to Sender, and we are charged for the return shipping costs, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.

If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will process the refund to your original form of payment.
