This may happen due to an incorrect address or something preventing the Postal Carrier from delivering to your address such as a blocked mailbox or a dog in the yard.
Please contact us to confirm the correct address and we will get your package shipped back out to you.
If you'd like a refund at this point, we will treat the order as a normal return. This means we do not refund the original shipping amount paid to get your order to you. We also may charge you the fees that the Post Office charges us for returned to sender items. We will deduct these amounts from your refund amount when we receive the order back.
